Yousef Naranjani, Founder

Yousef Naranjani is a Senior Principal R&D engineer at Edwards Lifesciences, with over a decade of experience. He is passionate about improving people’s lives by focusing on patients with cardiovascular issues. His machine design and medical device simulated use models accelerates product design life cycle significantly. In addition to his many inventions, he is the winner of Edwards SharkTank competition, 2022. Originally from Iran, he moved to the US in 2012 and graduated with a PhD in mechanical engineering from university of california Merced in 2016. In his free time, Yousef enjoys spending time with his family including 2 kids, train for a marathon, creating wooden arts and designing mechanical clocks. 

Negin Sattari, Founder

Negin Sattari is a cognitive neuroscientist currently serving as an adjunct faculty member at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), and as a postdoctoral fellow at the School of Medicine at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). Negin’s research interests include examining the effects of biological factors such as sex and age on Alzheimer’s disease, potentially mediated by sleep and sleep-related electrophysiological events.

With a decade of experience designing and coordinating human research studies using smart technologies such as smartwatches to measure heart rate variability, sleep, and cognition, Negin is also an experienced large pharmaceutical data analyst. She is passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge and has taught at multiple universities for the past eight years.

Negin enjoys her many roles in life, including being a mother, a wife, a daughter, and a mentor, and she is eager to help individuals achieve their goals. In her free time, Negin enjoys cooking, swimming, and spending time with her family.

Madjid Mirzavaziri, Scientific Advisor

Madjid Mirzavaziri is a Professor of Pure Mathematics at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, specializing in Operator Theory and Functional Analysis. With a Ph.D. from Ferdowsi University, he has been a faculty member since 2002. Dr. Mirzavaziri is renowned for his innovative contributions to mathematics education, including the publication of over 20 mathematical-fiction novels, organizing mathematical games exhibitions, and delivering lectures and TV programs to promote mathematics. He has held numerous academic leadership roles and received several awards, including the first rank in the national M.Sc. entrance exam. His research interests span functional analysis, number theory, and combinatorics, and he has published extensively in these areas.
